Session Information

Video conferencing is similar to Skype or Facetime.  You will schedule an appointment through your client portal. At the time of the appointment, we will both log in through iCouch for a HIPAA-compliant video session.

Sessions are at 50-minute increments, and are best done on a weekly basis.  However, there are situations when time and/or cost constraints will dictate sessions at a less frequent interval.  I am always flexible to your needs.

Some insurance panels allow billing for video conferencing. so insurance information will be required prior to session. If insurance does not cover this type of session, cash fees will be prorated to amount your insurance would have paid. We will discuss that fully before first session. An invoice for payment of any amount due will be sent prior to session. Once payment is received, session will begin.


As clients must reside in the same state as a therapist's licensure, I can only accept Florida residents at this time.
